These terms govern your use of the onestation software for macOS, its phone web app, remote node software and related services (together, "onestation"). By installing or buying onestation you agree to them. Questions: hello@onestation.dev.
1. Trial
You may use onestation free for 3 days from first launch to decide whether it fits. No payment details are required. After the trial, a license is needed to keep using it.
2. License
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use onestation on up to two Macs that you own or control at the same time.
- You may move a license by deactivating it on one Mac and activating it on another.
- Remote nodes and phones you connect to your licensed Macs do not count toward the limit.
- You may not resell, sublicense or share your license key, or circumvent license checks.
3. Plans and payment
- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime is a one-time payment for a perpetual license, including all future updates of onestation for as long as we offer the product.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your country, as shown at checkout.
4. Refunds
If onestation is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Your license is deactivated once the refund is issued. This does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
5. Your agents and your accounts
onestation interacts with coding agents and accounts that you run and control, including your own Claude login. You remain responsible for the actions your agents take, for answers you send to them through onestation, and for complying with the terms of those third-party services.
6. Updates
onestation checks for signed updates automatically. Updates may add, change or remove features. Subscriptions include updates while active.
7. Warranty and liability
onestation is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or actions taken by your agents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for onestation in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend a license that is used in breach of these terms. You may stop using onestation at any time.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell license holders about material changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
